Updates to the Order Fields
All 6 Order fields have now become mandatory. This change is due to an adjustment with the ETIM xChange model. Order data is essential data for your customers, but also essential in the context of packaging and price data. The change may affect your completeness rate.
We are starting a new data quality project this week, highlighting data gaps in the mandatory order fields, and your products may therefore be affected, even if all previously mandatory fields were filled in. You will be contacted if your products are affected.
Are you up-to-date on your approvals and declarations?
Legislation is increasingly on the agenda – also when it comes to product data. Therefore, we are sending you a friendly reminder to check your various approvals and EPDs in Branchekataloget; make sure that the correct data is available, that all approval dates are filled in, and that all relevant documents are attached and up-to-date.

GARAN label and extented warranty
We have recently received several inquiries regarding the GARAN label, which will be mandatory to present for warranties over 2 years.

The EU Harmonized Legal Guarantee Notice will become mandatory from September 27, 2026. If you offer an additional guarantee of durability, the mandatory use of the GARAN label also applies from this date.
In Branchekataloget we do not currently have a dedicated field to provide information regarding warranty, so you must instead attach your GARAN label to the relevant products under the type Warranty statement (ATX021). We also recommend that you add information about the extended warranty to your marketing descriptions.
