Easier and more affordable access to creating EPDs
As a supplier in Branchekataloget and a member in Rør-, Stål- or Metalforeningen, you can generate Environmental Product Declararations (EPDs) and LCA calculations at a reasonable price.
Creating your own EPDs can be a significant expense and a daunting process, which can thus deter many companies from having EPDs and LCA calculations done for their products.
Through Branchekataloget's collaboration with One Click LCA, your company can achieve significant savings and move closer to achieving this goal.
Through One Click LCA, you can generate and publish verified EPDs that are up to 60-80% cheaper than the price of conventional methods* (conventional= the cost for one EPD is a minimum of 120,000 - 150,000 DKK + expenses for publishing).

You don’t need to be an expert at EPDs
One Click LCA is the place where you can access tools and competent advisors that enable you to generate your own EPDs and LCA datasets. One Click LCA takes you by the hand through the entire process – from start to finish – where your EPDs are verified and published.
You can then link your EPDs and LCA datasets to your other product data in Branchekataloget.

Towards a low-emission and circular economy
Branchekataloget have entered into an important collaboration with One Click LCA with the aim of facilitating the production of environmental information for Branchekataloget's members, as well as equipping them with an accessible and cost-effective solution for generating EPDs. An environmental product declaration (EPD) is an effective way of presenting the environmental impacts of products and services.
The collaboration seeks to lower the barriers to creating high-quality EPDs by offering the EPD Generator as a tool that combines affordability with quality assurance. The initiative is designed to enhance environmental transparency and sustainability in the industry, making it easier for members to contribute to a greener economy through the efficient production of EPDs.

Unfortunately, the financial barrier is often a major obstacle for many companies to actively participate in the sustainable transition.
